RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SANAAF, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery. Customers must provide clear photos and an unboxing video as proof. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items, customized products, and products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
